What stays with me are the details.
A weathered face carved from stone. Ornate windows catching the afternoon light. The sky stretching above centuries of craftsmanship.
Standing there, it felt less like photographing a building and more like witnessing a conversation between the people who imagined it and those who still stop to admire it.
History isn’t only found in monuments.
Sometimes it’s found in the way we continue to look up.
