Symmetry doesn’t simplify a space. It reveals the order that was always there.
The first thing I noticed wasn’t the organ.
It was the rhythm.
Every arch repeated the last. Every ceiling panel echoed the one before it. Every line quietly guided my eyes toward the center, where the organ waited almost as a reward for paying attention.
Great architecture doesn’t overwhelm. It organizes.
Standing beneath this ceiling, I realized the beauty wasn’t in any single detail. It was in how every detail agreed with the next.
Sometimes photography isn’t about finding the subject.
